Resources for French trip-ups

As a foreign student, language difficulties are natural.

Good thing we have so many resources, including the internet!

Here are some of the best sites I have found for my difficulties with French: simply awesome guides on grammar, conjugation, common mistakes…pretty much on any mistake you’ll ever make! the best translation site in my opinion when it comes to English-French and French-English translation; when translations are not found in the database, they can usually be found on the forms that are answered by native/near-native speakers of the language. Not just for French & English! the best French-to-French dictionary. Looking up words in their own language often helps them stick more. This site also has links to synonyms, thorny problems, homonyms, and quotes with the word you looked up. Helps to have the print version for class (and a French-to-English dictionary when first starting).
